I recently ordered from idinstate.org and after I paid the person stopped responding to me. It clearly sounds like I was scammed but the reason I ask is because I have a friend that bought through idinstate.org a few months ago and he received the IDs. Is it customary for the vendor to stop replying after payment is sent? The only message I got after they verified that they received payment is that I will be notified when they send out the IDs. They said it would take 15-20 days to make and the 20 day mark hasn't been reached quite yet.
