FYD Order question ( self )

I already have one FYD Ohio and it's been amazing. I ordered a new one with two of my friends, but the order has been on "payment received" since Tuesday. I know orders can sometimes get stuck with "in progress", but I don't think they're supposed to get stuck on "payment received".
