i need big brain (bitcoin question) ( self )

can someone walk me tf through bitcoin? im 17 for age related concerns. I was gonna use paypal but i cant verify myself with an id cause im underage. western union has large fees and i heard its a pain. so ig im gonna figure out bitcoin. should i use an atm or blockchain? can i use prepaid vanilla debit cards? do i need to use a gov. ID at atms or anywhere? lmk what you did for the process, what you recommend, or whats the easiest method to go about this. im open to all help.
