I suspect it to be seized but never experienced something like this, on the tracking it said customs updated and it said on further detail that my package was released from customs, but now is on hold, i think is ready to depart today but incontacted dhl and they informed me it was still in customs. Anyonr can help me out?

Who did you order from? My OIS was on hold in Cincinnati for a few days then got seized. You know you're screwed once you get "Please contact DHL"

What should you do from there? Don’t contact them right? And then what happens? Just a “love letter”?

Yeah I contacted them and they asked what the item was and I didn't know what was in it and I said the wrong thing. The lady on the phone was really rude about it. DONT CALL THEM

mine cleared customs and has been stuck on processed in cincinatti since thursday. not sure what is going on with dhl

exactly what happened to mine. Honestly I think DHL might be onto the ID vendors. Customs seized over 50k IDs back in December.

the weird thing is dhl told me that it cleared and that they don’t know what is going on
