Best ID for NC Use ( self )

Hello, I’m wondering what the best ID is for NC use. I had planned on getting a dove TN but due to some customer service issues and a price change from 185 w express to 265 w express I’m rethinking that decision. Any other recommendations? The IDKing SC could be good but I live right on the SC/NC border
