What you are talking about is called drivers license fraud. There are other ways to avoid law enforcement without having to go into the dmv but it's not easy. You will have to get a real person's identifying information and essentially lie to the cops about who you are. It can become nerve-racking either way. You gotta do research on what the cops can see. I don't think they can see photos unless there is an active investigation on you and that's the reason so many have been able to lie to law enforcement officers and give a fake name
If you need to find all the top dark web sites type in dark.fail in the url and hit enter. You can even access from the normal web. But in order to access the dark web (onion sites) you will have to download tor. I also recommend tails to prevent Metadata but that gets more complex. Tails is a computer program BTW and is a virtual machine
