Interested in Quality Not Price ( self )

When a vendor claims that ID scans. Does that mean it will pass inspection by verification machines made by Veridocs, Tokenworks, and others? I would be interested to here from vendors that can produce quality.

I personally have had the most success with OIS but I hear 21done is best regarding their barcodes.
