Anybody gotten shit from FYD yet? ( self )

Anybody gotten their recent orders? Got a few IDs that are going on two months now. Was an update 12 days ago that everything was back to normal and another 4 days ago saying thousands of orders were shipped and tracking would be posted. Got tons of kids who’ve been waiting almost twice as long as they should be for their IDs, would be sweet if I could actually provide them with some consistent info on what’s going on instead of base everything off of the bullshit updates that I’ve seen from them thousands of times before. I know how the nature of this business is but god damn, I don’t think I’ve had a FYD come in advertised turnaround time in over a year and a half and I’ve placed A LOT of fucking orders. It’d be way better if you guys provided people with consistent info then bullshitting them until the Id shows up. Somebody had to say it...

Its not really bullshit if the country extended its country wide shutdown and was backed up with shipping. This was explained in a sticky post as well. The reason FYD and other vendors that reship from china are slower than other chinese vendors is because we ship batches to our reshippers then out to you so you don't have to worry about customs letters. Chinese vendors that don't ship like this started to arrive this week and as you've seen from posts some have been getting seized.

The info to give your customers should be clear and easy enough for them to look up. You tell them exactly what this site or us vendors tell you and that's that corona virus extended Chinas countrywide shut down and delayed orders by an additional couple of weeks on top of the already expected delays of Chinese New Years.

If they've been late for a year and a half on all your orders then why would you keep ordering from the same place? Go elsewhere if you're gonna bitch about it or shut up and wait. There's plenty of vendors on here, you chose this life.

Its not the reddit days anymore either, FYD and others like our self have changed up how we operate for our safety due to the amount of orders we get. Can't operate the same forever at this level

I'm not here to steal customers from fyd but you can check our site out. I advertise about 2-3 weeks on most states as avg turnaround. Our CS replies to our tickets throughout the week and if i need to be tagged for any reason he will tag me for it.

I've tried to be clear as possible about the delays since we've known about them and you can check our updates page or my profile history to verify that. We've been going through the same thing as FYD and have some orders right now that are double what we advertise but again, we warned about these delays prior to it happening and as we found out about the extension.

Yea same things goin on for me it’ll be aight I’m assuming next week they’ll get those hoes out. Submitting a ticket doesn’t do anything they’ll tell you the turnaround is now 6-8 weeks, pretty inconclusive but

Yeah I mean I ordered Feb 4th, roughly, haven't gotten anything yet, and I understand the whole coronavirus thing, it's not in our control which sucks but it really is what it is. My only problem is I am having it shipped to an address that I am moving from on around March 22nd and I wasn't really aware that it was gonna take 6-8 weeks (had no idea about the delays when I ordered, but that's on me not them) so hopefully it'll get here before I move lol. I am waiting to see when he posts that big ass list of orders they are shipping and hopefully all of ours will be on there

And why are none of the other china vendors having this much of an issue? I get that this is an illegal business but it doesn’t hurt to help out some of the people who have been loyal to you for years instead of just give them bullshit info and ignore tickets until the id finally shows up weeks late...

Actually 250+ in the past year... So fuck off with that. And yes, the whole coronavirus situation is understandable but this is almost every single fucking order I’ve placed this past year. It’s time to find someone else I’m sick of getting bitched at by kids for their ids taking forever then getting bullshit updates saying the ids would be shipped 2 weeks before they do every time.
