Dove not responding ( self )

A while ago a friend of mine placed a group order for a bunch of us through Dove. When we got the IDs they were missing UV and had really bad bubbling. My friend reached out and was told we'd get a reprint. That was over a month ago. When my friend reached out again she never got a straight answer about what was going on and when our IDs would be coming and then she stopped getting replies. I tried PMing Dove then on here and initially got a reply but stopped getting replies after that. Has anyone else had this issue and is there any other way to get in contact with Dove because apparently email and PM don't work well.

It's been over a week since we've gotten any sort of reply :/ It's just getting annoying since we've already been waiting over a month for the reprints and some of the people in my group are getting pissed at me for recommending dove
