FYD order form not working ( self )

I wanted to order an Ohio 1996 bday ID. When I click Ohio in the order form, it doesn't register that I've selected that state. It will still say "select a state to pick eye/hair color" and the birth year doesn't change to give me the 1996 option. Is there a way to email fyd with my order info instead of using the form? I can't figure out why it isn't working... Is anyone else having this issue?

Never had an issue. FYD's ordering process usually pretty streamlined. Ensure you order from a laptop with an updated browser. Never order from an iphone or mobile device, screen can be to small at times and Vendor websites sometimes don't play nice on mobile.
