OIS payment question ( self )

With the submit payment form I'm pretty confused as to what I'm supposed to put in the Actual Payment Total and Actual Payment to Address fields

(1)Click on my orders in the top. (2)Click on the hyperlink "Pay" for the order. This should give you your order. Look in the top right part of the webpage should be payment information. If you choose BTC it will have an address with the amount to send. Send that. Wait a few minutes. (3)Then go back to my orders. (4)Click on the hyperlink "submit payment". Enter the USD amount of bitcoin you sent/what the order says it costs. Then put in the bitcoin address you sent it to
