Old side iron fakes almost 3 months and ID not received ( self )

Hey guys, after doing much research here I decided to place an order for an Ontario license from OSI in early January. It has been almost 3 months now and I have gotten nothing. The tracking number shows the parcel leaving china but never arriving in Canada. I've emailed them a couple of times and they've told me to be patient which I've been however at this point I don't think it'll arrive, tracking number has expired. I payed with paypal, what should I do?

Your method of payment is irrelevant and shouldn't even be brought up. How you paid makes no difference what-so-ever. That money is spent. Considering what you imply you're considering by mentioning your method of payment is a major no no and can only lead you down a road you would have never intentionally walked down had you known.

security reasons, informing payment method can lead to tracking u, by tracking u they can mark ur tracking number as a suspected ilegal package, and then confiscated at customs.
