Well some states simply are thinner than others. The example i always use is MD is pretty thick, but NC is flimsy as fuck. In my experience polycarbonate IDs are pretty accurate in terms of feel and thickness but when it comes to the materials available to print on i guess sometimes you gotta use the thinner stuff.

Even then, comparing my 21done IL to my friends IDGod IL, his is thicker but probably wouldn't pass a bend test

I remember comparing my idviking IL to a real. The feel wasn't there, but IL is definitely on the thinner side. I have a nDE from OIS and while its a thicker material, it bends pretty well .

Bend test is a dumb thing to go off of bc while yes my real can bend far it definitely could get broken. And I have friends in WV w their overlay on the ID torn up n shit

Makes sense honestly. I think its just interesting to see the subtle differences in the different vendors

Most of the new ids are thin unless they are window states or things like that. Il is a thin state , should be 7-10-7 . Then u get a few teslin ones that are thicker like pa and old nj.
