Finally got some batches out earlier this week! Im coming through for everyone.
If you have an old order number that tracking never updated for please do the following:
People that never got their tracking updated need to reorder and tell my CS in a NEW ticket.
Basically make the ticket subject as "Replacement Order XXXX" where the XXXX is your old order number your submitting the replacment for.
For example, if you sent in order 5001 6 months ago and never got it cause tracking never updated. You simply replace and order, (lets say new order is 9000). Submit ticket as follows
Subject "Replacement Order 5001"
Hi evolved CS, my new order # is 9000. this is replacing my unreceived order 5001. Pls mark paid.
Thats it!
My CS will tag the orders for me and I will do them as they come in. This is the easiest way for me to insure everyone gets done.
I want to thank everyone for being patient with us. Im sincerely sorry for how this all went down but we've finally gotten back on our feet and I look forward to restoring my reputation back to the way it was!
