What is "Delivered Pending"? ( self )

US Custom removed Fake IDs from Wig, and Wig alone was delivered. FedEx tracking shows "Delivered Pending." Why Pending? What next? Does anyone have similar experience?

Edit your post so it doesn't say what the stealth was lol...but yea i think that method is busted and vendors are starting to switch it up. As for the tracking I have no idea, id assume its nothing

I am saying it is no longer stealth. US Customs already know it.
