Package is stuck ( self )

Hey guys, been reselling for a few months now and still haven't learned all the ropes. About a week ago one of my orders was shipped and it has been stuck in "pre-shipment"(as of Feb 6) with USPS ever since. Should I be panicking or is this normal?

Means the bought the label and haven’t shipped it yet. It’s fine

My package has been stuck in pre-shipment since mid january, because of CN new year, gonna take awhile.

Mines also been stuck on USPS since Jan. 25
