What does UF stand for in the Reviews Section ( self )

It refers to how certain you are in what you are saying. Basically, what are you comparing to. If the UF is HIGH, that means you have access to a real o21 physical from that state that you are reviewing. If it is LOW, that means you are basically looking at pictures online.
