Evolved IDs Stuck at "RTP Complete" for 2 weeks ( self )

Hi guys, I ordered NJ ID from Evolved like a month ago and it is still stuck at RTP Complete. Does this usually happen to people?

Its normal.. should be changing soon. We are updating trackers on some orders today

You're probably a zelle/WU/MG order that took a few days to get picked up. I only see one order that's over a month old and i believe it had a bad photo that was corrected.
