What's the real PA UV? ( self )

I've gotten nPA from a couple different vendors, and there seem to be two distinct UV templates, and I don't know which is right. As referred to in the pic below, Option 1 ends with only 2 of the PA-state-logo-thingy, and Option 2 has 3, and seems to be zoomed in. Vendors like FYD, Evolved, and JustIDs use Option 2, but OIS, IDViking, and Noblefakes use Option 1. Which is the correct UV?
