Placed order with 5thFloor on 12/24, paid for Rush Shipping and Rush Production to try and receive by 1/15. So paid a lot for this order compared to prior orders with 5th. Then sent support ticket on 1/03 wondering status since stuck on payment received. It is now 1/22 and ticket hasn’t been answered and order hasn’t been changed. Highly disappointed in service any other way to contact or did he disappear?
