5thFloorDMV AWOL? ( self )

Placed order with 5thFloor on 12/24, paid for Rush Shipping and Rush Production to try and receive by 1/15. So paid a lot for this order compared to prior orders with 5th. Then sent support ticket on 1/03 wondering status since stuck on payment received. It is now 1/22 and ticket hasn’t been answered and order hasn’t been changed. Highly disappointed in service any other way to contact or did he disappear?

same with me except, my tickets are yet to be answered, however I did finally recieve my ID's, but zip code was fked up and their OVI was solid/dark and always visible.
