Need some help here.
FYD support ticket didn't really answer - responded that I needed to get a refund; however, Western Union says they've already picked up my money and I can't get a refund.
Has this happened to anybody else? Not sure where to go from here. I paid for rushed shipping, and two IDs, amounting in $165 in total with the 50% off. Provided FYD with my receipt and screenshot proof that the money has been picked up already.
