Alright y'all, just got this one in the mail. Took about 2 weeks. I've gotta say OIS has been very consistent with shipments in my opinion, have yet to have any issues with them. Anyways, here's my review (gonna try going back to using number ratings)
Holos 8.5/10: Honestly I do want to be very confident in these holos. My usual problem with holos is I feel they stick out too much and make it kind of a giveaway it's fake if looked at hard enough. But these holos really only jump out when in the light or changing your view. Simple holos, just the state seal and KANSAS in the center of the ID. Not blotchy at all really, I like them. However I must say one of the copies has a couple scratch marks/artifact that reflects with the holo which isn't preferable.
Template 7.5/10 Okay...this is something OIS really has to get on top on with some of their IDs. The fucking expiration dates. Just look at barbook, it'll tell ya that a KS ID is valid for 6 years if you're 21-64...this one expires in 4 years. I know it's a smaller issue, but I can see it screwing someone in some scenarios. Moving forward from that, I think the director's signature maybe a tad too thick. Near the ghost image appears in microprint my initials and birth year, nice touch. Laser perforation of a turtle looks on point as always and serves its purpose. My DOB is raised on both IDs, but one ID has a little bit of green on a digit for some reason... Anyways, the word Kansas is microprinted all over the buildings and really across the entire ID, some parts are more legible than others. On the back, the barcodes look good, not slanted at all. My UV Ghost image is slightly visible in light as per usual, oh well. My info also appears to be microprinted on the back. Nice touch, but a little pixelated. On both sides, some words and digits appear to be more faded than others as well.
ID is also very flimsy, probably one of the thinner ones I have by them. However after feeling an NC ID, I learned that's just how some IDs are
UV: 7/10 The UV here is pretty crisp, outlining all the buildings properly and says Kansas all over the ID, looks really nice. There is also 3 blue dots that are in the center, but bleed through to the back. The green UV also does this, but it's not as noticeable as these blue dots. UV Ghost image looks the same as it does on other IDs made by OIS. If it didn't bleed through, could be a potential 9.5/10.
PS/Sig 9/10: Always looks the same, no real complaints with it as it is a colored picture for the ID photo. Backdrop appears to be the same color as real KS IDs
Conlcusion: I do like this ID honestly, and if it weren't for it being from the midwest (which is far from me) or the expiration date error, it could become one of my main IDs to use. The UV is better than most, and it overall looks solid. Not ISP, but that doesn't mean I think it's bad. If someone were going to school in Oklahoma or even somewhere like Colorado or Idaho, I think this ID has the capabilities of getting the job done.

Also, upon further review, I take away my 8.5 UV rating to a 7. Its crisp, but its bleeds thru way too much and is a little spotty if its dark enough.
