OIS nPA ( self )

Hey, I got the OIS nPA this summer and have only used it to get into clubs and its a fantastic ID, but my question is... Does the Id scan in those scary machines at liquor stores? Kinda scared to use it to buy liquor. Any response is appreciated :)

Walmart scans, almost all grocery stores do but fakes will pass it everytime. I had it scanned at target and a gas station yesterday and it passed both times

What’s different about liquor stores from grocery store? There’s a lax liquor store by me that I use mine at but even if I don’t look anywhere near 21 I’ll be good at a target?

It’s just all about your mannerisms. There’s a way higher chance a liquor store is finna have a box scanner. I’ve never heard of a grocery store with one lol.

I didn’t know liquor stores had box scanners. I thought it was just bars. What happens if they have one and u get caught

well a liquor store mainly sells liquor and is looking at ids all day probably, while a grocery store cashier probably doesn’t even know utah is a state

Hahahaha that’s so tru esp during the summer. My state made a law that you have to have someone O21 to check ids because over the summer all of the HS kids would be cashiers at the grocery stores and they all think Texas is a city so they’re like whatever and dudes would come in with their grandmas id and everyone looked the other way. Now they have the manager(s) do it

It kinda sucks but the manager was that person like 10 years ago so they don’t care too much. Unless you’re buying 5 30 racks of Busch and 5 handles or Smirnoff on Friday or Saturday night you’re still fine

Hahahaha damn that’s awesome that’s what my older brother did. Nobody ever put 2 and 2 together until it started happening a ton recently. He did it in high school but didn’t tell anyone bc he thought he’d get caught but after he graduated they told everyone and they started cracking down on it smh

not sure what “scary machine” you’re talking about, but if you’re worried just go to grocery stores. they don’t care and usually don’t even scan it. also if the scary machine you’re talking about is a box scanner, just avoid them. they’re pretty rare and most fakes aren’t going to pass them.

The machines I'm talking about are maybe "box scanners". They are little cube like machines where they insert your Id. Would no fake work with those?

yea generally if you’re id goes into the machine, it’s a box scanner(it might not be since i can’t see it, but just avoid it and go somewhere else). i don’t think any vendor makes one that can pass, but i think i remember nani said they could easily do it, but they don’t want it to be a perfect id that can be used for fraud. you really don’t need to have a fake id that can pass a box scanner if you’re only buying alcohol.

yea, it’ll pass pdf scanners. you can also download the pdf417 app and scan it just to make sure all the info shows up correct

I just stick to gas stations although there are a few liquor stores by me that just scan the barcode and are super lax. If it scans then you’re fine unless you’re up against a box scanner
