You sent in a piss poor picture and argued about it over and over even after I personally spent time on wickr showing you exactly why your picture of a picture of a scan was poor quality and why it would result in a poor quality product. Your expectation for the picture is based on your home state which prints a much higher quality picture on their ID than IL does. You must ask yourself, if you keep running into the same type of problem over and over, when hundreds upon hundreds of people every week have no problem at all, maybe it's possible that the problem is you.

This most recent (and last attempt, trust me) I took time to take a good picture and even made sure with your customer support that it was a good picture, which you said it was. Also find it very sad that you have to narrow in on my picture issues to ignore my other issues: frayed edges and lint under the film. Even after submitting an "excellent" picture, the ID you sent is unusable. This rude comment really highlights your customer service, thank you.

Is it not telling that I immediately recognize who you are? This is an absurdly unusual, outlying situation for us. I went way out of my way to try to coach you through the process, through our reseller support system, even though you're not a reseller. I did this to make sure you received white glove treatment since you expressed dissatisfaction with our normal support team. We spent more on express shipping sending you replacements than you paid us to begin with. Your ID isn't unusable, you are just extremely self-conscious and limited in your knowledge of fake IDs.

How about this, you pick a vendor, any vendor, any ID, and I will personally buy it for you. Surely you will receive better treatment, and ultimately a better product.

Perhaps I'm not an ID expert but I'm pretty sure there shouldn't be an extremely noticeable piece of lint under the film and frayed edges. We wouldn't be fighting via an online forum if you would've sent me a decent ID in the first place. I will accept responsibility for not sending a perfect picture the first time but now that I have and I was sent an ID with lint and frayed edges, there is no defense against that. I'd like to stop there as I will not be contacting you again, don't worry.

Dude, it sounds like you don't have much experience buying fake IDs at all. There will always be a tiny flaw to complain about, always, no matter what vendor. 21 has clearly been super accommodating with you and you wouldn't get the same treatment from other vendors, trust me. I've dealt with many other vendors before, most wouldn't even bother with you at this point. The fact that he still has the patientence to respond to you is incredible.
