Who makes the best nPA for in state use??? I need to make sure it’s passable

If you ask me, no one. Unless you're in bumfuck nowhere an out of state id will work fine in Philly, pitt, or penn state area. I personally have used 21done, OIS NY and even idviking CT in Pitt with no issues at all. No vendor I've purchased from gets the exact feel of a real PA. But that's just my opinion

I got one from a friend for magic which is alright and one from noble which IMO is not ISP. I wouldn't necessarily call magic isp either. It's better, but with pitt being so close to Ohio and have a university, I wouldn't bother using a PA ID. Hell, I lived in a house w 5 guys in pitt and only one of us was from PA
I am confused: what is the name of vendor you ordered your ID from? I ordered from IDKING but never got a reply back after payement.
Magic....as in magicfakes, I didn't think it was that confusing

Are any in state passable? If you mean 1:1 perfect, no. Albeit, this forum has very high quality expectations, and thus IDs from here blow away IDs from DNMs in terms of quality.
Will they work in state still? Very likely yes. The average person who checks IDs (Gas station+Super Market+Liquor Store) can't spot the differences, but an experienced bouncer who cares about his job too much may. Even still, most bouncers don't care, especially in college towns.
Although, it is recommended you get a neighboring state, especially a populous neighboring state. In this case, NY would suffice for use in PA.
