Usually I do a longer review and testing process, but I have life stuff cooking and just got this ID on top of an order for some friends. Always get high on your own supply.

Additionally this is short because I have no idea what I’m looking at here, I usually don’t see many MO IDs, and I mainly just see fakes ones/have my old SPB lying around. So my UF is pretty high and I’m not going to compare it to another fake, so I’ll make this one shorter due to my lack of reference.

Okay one bite everyone knows the rules:

Communication 10/10: Mainly communicated with Dove on the forum, they are very active on this forum and from what I’ve heard their CS is no different.

Cost 9/10: Starts at 100 USD, goes down with discounts, and is competitive for MOs right now, however I should note at time of writing, the prices have gone down and are slightly more competitive. Discounts for volume are competitive as well.

Shipping 10/10: If you have been active on this forum recently you’ve probably seen Dove bragging about their turnaround shipping, and in this case it seems the talk is not just talk. The speed for this order was Priority (50 USD Option) and the actual RTP to shipping turnaround was like barely 48 Hrs. The shipping itself was 3 business days. Someone buy Doves RTP guy/gal a round. Fast shipping is nothing without production.

Signature 9/10: I used my Topaz pad for it, but it looks like Dove did a standard trace job over it anyway, it looks compliant with most MO’s I’ve seen in the wild.

Temp 7/10: Not really sure if the current issue or Pre-Real ID has or does not have a commissioner signature over the photo, this one does though, Barbook has one too. Has printed +4 Zipcode extension even though the AAMVA formatting for this State doesn’t seem to scan the extension…….
Microprint is there and the seal looks good but on magnification some of the print is far too blurry, while most of it is just an acceptable amount of blurry. The actual detailing of the seal is clear under 10x magnification though, so that’s good. The Teslin feels good, lamination looks tights and not sloppy, not too many frays from printing, so feel in hand is pretty good. Left it in my wallet for a hot minute and it’s looking used quite nicely, doesn’t have that very fresh ID look which is a plus for whatever lamination they used. Back looks great as well, nothing seems incorrectly spaced. Also I like what they do with the issue date, instead of having users input it or going random, the RTP process seems to put it automatically 9 Days after the DOB, which is a small touch but helps the ID looks more believable.

Photoshop 10/10: The image came out great especially on the ghost, which usually looks meh on MO fakes. Also I’ve been experimenting with HD webcam like cameras to get closer to the DMV look, and this photo with the Photoshop team’s addition looks pretty good. Shadows are realistic and not over exaggerated.

OVI 10/10: They show up in a range of lighting, are correctly centered with the full state name (This is a tell on some MO Fakes, the OVI is too low)

Perfs 9/10: They showed up pretty easily in the convenient store lighting setup of my office, correct placement.

UV 9/10: Tested with a 365nm light in a semi darkened room. Definitely passable on the front. Missouri has no UV ink on the back.

Scanning 8/10: Reads on all the stuff I’ve run it through, AAMVA formatting looks good as in none of the formatting looks off, there is that thing about the +4 Extension though but that’s a Temp issue if it is anything at all, from what I’ve read the correct formatting is scanning as 0000. Doesn’t show up as fake on all the apps “For the kids and shit”-Auntie Fee

Wrapping It Up: Honestly I only have good things to say about the ordering process with Dove. As far as using the ID, I wasn’t really planning on giving it my usual multi venue test, however I still had it on my person last night when I went out and when people needed more booze I decided to give it a shot at the local Gas Station store. I was drunk at the time but all the same I remember it passing without any trouble, even though I was getting a 24 Pack at like 11:30. If Dove’s turnaround remains this fast and the prices stay the same, this ID is a good choice for big orders that need a solid ID for the Midwest.
