OIS SCAM ( self )

I ordered from OIS on January 30 and have yet to receive my order. They said my first order was seized by customs and then reshipped. They then said that order was “lost in the mail.” They shipped a third time but that didn’t come either (it has been about 3 weeks since it made any progress). I posted a few weeks ago saying that I was scammed by OIS and received comments saying that I would receive my order. That’s not the case, however. I have heard great reviews about OIS but I believe I got scammed.

You should not refund this kid, your sent the IDs 3 times.... He probably gave you an incorrect shipping address or his address is flagged by CBP....

Reason you can't refund is , you paid for shipping 3 times. So if he wants a refund u take away the cost of the shipping 3 times etc.

You didn't ship with tracking? There can be a lot of reasons. USPS is not reliable either.
