Try another browser or log out of your account and log back in. Make sure you click validate when you apply the code.
There will be nothing when it pops up. Just click validate and checkout. It will configure it when the order is made.
Coupon system is working. Not sure what was problem with yours. I just made a few test orders and had someone else try it. Try it again. Make sure you click validate and it should work.
