Hello, PLEASE respond asap. I put in an order last night for 10 people, and have not received confirmation or tracking number. And the support section of your website crashes every time i try and use it.

I payed $350 through WU Bank.

I have not received an email confirmation, but it says "WU Info Sent".

I do not see my order number in the post above.

bro you submitted the order LAST NIGHT and you’re expecting a tracking number? if you choose to use WU which is slow af, you need to realize that they have to go pick up the money, make the ids, and get them shipped out. i’m not too familiar with king specifically, but i’d expect 2-3 weeks before you get your order. and also king posted this last night, so your order will not be processed and shipped that fast. it’s on WU info sent because they haven’t gone to pick it up yet. bitcoin is a lot better

Mine took like 4 days to say WU info sent and it said pending for like a month. I just got my tracking number

For real IDKing, if you are going to tell us that something is going to be updated, follow through with what you say, because you keep giving me hope by telling me that my ID is shipped but you have never actually sent it (even though you said you have multiple times) or updated my shipping.

Edit: Just got tracking info, but was still told it was shipped when it wasn’t

order #842-690 still no tracking number although the post says it should be updated Ordered over 3.5 weeks ago, website crashes when I try to submit a ticket & I haven’t received a response from the vendor in 10 days. if anyone knows what’s going on please let me know- I have a deadline for the ids it was a group order
