(READ FULL REVIEW BEFORE MAKING OPINION) Had an interesting experience with df IDs. Ordered IDs through them for a large group of people in May (12 IDs I believe). Upon first ordering they were very responsive and promised we’d see them within a week. To make a long story short after dozens of emails, dozens of promised arrival dates, and 5 months I still didn’t have my IDs. At this point I had basically given up. I decided to take the L that I had been scammed and forget about it. I decided to send one more email as a last resort and to my surprise they responded within minutes.(usual response times took over a week) the guy who emailed me sent me an extremely apologetic email claiming they had fired the employee in charge of my IDs and they will restart my order. Despite this email I had 0 confidence what so ever in the arrival. He claimed my new order would be in within 3 days and to my surprise there was the box sitting on my doorstep. I’ve seen many TX IDs from friends and I can confidently say that DF IDs are by far the best. Have used mine at dozens of bars, stores, and restaurants that have scanned and black lighted. Only had one incident at a Circle K using some weird swiping scanner I’ve never seen before. The scanner claimed my ID was invalid but I managed to convince the dude the bar code was scratched. Would 10/10 order from DF IDs again as long as the message response time was as quick as it was near the end of my process. After the new guy took over my order customer service was amazing
