Ordered IDs from FYD a month back and I got a slip from FEDEX customs clearance officer in my mailbox requesting me to contact them with a phone number to the office and also a tracking number of package. I checked tracking online through proxy and it says: Shipment requires importer's registration.
I've had no problems having IDs shipped to my house for the past 3 years and this is the first case of such occurance where the fucking custom clearance sent me a slip requesting me to contact them.
I'm guessing that the origin address or distributor has been marked with a red flag and the package has been detained for suspicion. In these cases, does fedex open the package and examine the contents? I am unclear as to what my best course of action would be in this scenario. Any advice from someone whos had a similar experience would help massively. Thanks
