Here's my two cents, I've never had IDs seized but I have had fake LV x Supreme clothes taken when I was like 14 (lol) and I got a similar letter:

Do NOT respond to it. That is basically an admission that you purchased something you weren't supposed to. Also, consider your address basically blacklisted from packages from overseas for a few months, so don't ship anything illegal as customs is gonna inspect every package.

Ignore the letter and consider the address dead. Ordering domestic in the future will remove this threat/concern completely.
