So I’ve tried to reach out to your CS guy, and it’s been around a month or two now since I’ve ordered. First the website didn’t account for my payment, then I got it “fixed”, then I waited a couple weeks and contacted him again and he said the database changed and my order didn’t transfer. So I had to create a new order. Another week or so passed and I find out the payment wasn’t confirmed for that. Now it says the order is “payment received”. I have asked about an update and still heard nothing. Please dm me so I can give you my order number so you can get this order processed or just give me my money back.
