OIS nPA, nCT, or nRI for use in NY? ( self )

I've been looking at the three ids above for use in NY but haven't been able to pick one to order. Can anyone give me recommendations regarding which option would be the best one to take? Thanks in advance!

i got the nCT recently but haven’t used it yet— it’s supposed to be thin but it feels a little “too thin”, other than that it’s cool
