I think you should change the review system. It shouldn't be how would you score this ID on 1-10 because most customers have no clue on how to properly rate an ID. You should change it to how would you rate your experience with this vendor 1-10 and customers should be rating the overall experience and if the ID actually works. Budget has a lot of good ideas on how the reviews should be changed. But I think this way would work the best because you wouldn't have to change the formatting of the review section just the questions that are asked.
