Just a few things I've noticed from ordering from ID Viking. There's a few red flags that I see, not sure whether they are a huge deal or not but I'll still state them. I ordered around a month and a half ago, still have not recieved them. The Customer Service was very good with answering my emails, there was no problem there. I had a group order with a number of people, and my mistake, I let them know it would probably be around 2 weeks. They are pretty upset with me now that its been 1.5 months and they still haven't shown up. Now this isn't the Vendor's fault, this is my fault. Viking said they would send out a reprint, which they have, but told me to change my Shipping Address. This is red flag number 1, I was under the impression that they shipped orders to Canada, from a Canadian address. So this would not matter because Canada Post does not screen domestic mail. Number 2, I asked if they had the nWAs, and they notified me that they were just getting the supplies in and were going to start producing them. So I decided to order one. They also notified a bunch of resellers including me in an email that the pictures and everything of the nWA would be up on their website next week. The things I am most concerned about is why I had to change the address, and why that product never made it on their website. There is no disrespect to the Vendor here, the Customer Service has been very helpful and always responding within a day. I am just confused about this, and I am running out of excuses to tell my group. I have definitely learned my lesson about reselling, DO NOT give your group a date on when they will come. I am just looking for some insight from the community, help me out. not saying Viking scammed me, just confused
