Best Site to Resell For?? ( self )

I'm leaning between FYD ($35 for a bunch of IDs) or OIS/BB (60% off whole order). Anybody have any experience with any of the three as a reseller? I know they are all solid quality.

Are the IDs the new one or old one? He says Connecticut is one of the reseller ones, but there are two Connecticut IDs on his site... Also does he let you get IDs that aren't in that list of ten or so?
