I’m gonna start with a TL;DR—HOLOGRAMS. That is all.
In more detail: I really like this ID. There are great colors, crisp lines, and the microprinting along the top, sides, and around the ghost image is crazy good. But the real draw to this ID is the holograms. People call holograms “optically variable devices/images” when they’re trying to sound official about these things, but this ID is the most optically variable I’ve ever seen. There are like 15 different viewing angles that show totally new things each time. Other than the hologram, I’m also really impressed with the photoshop on the picture; the shadows look really natural. UV on front and back also look really accurate, although I will say that the back UV is slightly visible from the front, which I’m not sure is supposed to be there.
nOR is standard OIS cost of $100, which is pretty good, given the amount of features involved in the ID. Hell, for the sheer entertainment value of the holograms, I’d call it worth it. Great job, OIS.
