Hello all,

Batch 64 is our last international shipment we hope, this one has been shipped and tracking is set to be provided tomorrow.

Batch 65, 39 rush, 40 rush and batch 66 are all going to be shipped domestically and all currently payment received orders.

We have tested a few reship packages and they have all been good with flying colors.

This means our turnaround time can be cut down to 1-2 weeks again or less!

Since this is just starting it will be about a week till we're back on track, but all current orders that are ordered we're going to try and put them in our new reship program, except batch 64 since that was already sent out.

so one of my orders was batch 64, and i'm guessing batch 65 is another one of my orders, how late will batch 65 be shipped? also recent order took 2 weeks on a rush production for me(3941-38245 )

Probably correct. If your rush shipping was delayed we will compensate you, we wanted to delay a couple batches for shipping so we can test our new method out. Which should be A LOT safer.

yea so (3941-38245) - placed a while ago has been delivered but with a delay, how would i get compensation if possible?

Batch 64 -(3941-38245) will be average shipping from there shipped today/tomorrow?

BAtch whatever placed a day after 65 (8344-38245) will ship domestic, but no delay?

did you pay with WU\MG? Only reason I can see it being that long is because our old WU\MG were super slow and took forever to accept orders.

They are now fast, but your order was printed in Batch 65. We are going to send it out this week.
