(reposting for visibility) placed a relatively large order in september, was told it was siezed and received and empty package that was ripped down the side. Support told me they would reship. After that, they updated their customer support and I no longer got any responses from their support team there (was told to submit a support ticket but never got a number or response). Anyone else had issues with IDKing? Ive been doin this for 3 years and this is the first time ive run into an issue like this. In the mean time are any vendors accepting resellers for decent prices? Ive got people ready to go and somehow have to make up this order thanks to the IDking support.
