How to be a reseller ( self )

Can someone inform me on what it takes to become a reseller? Am I the person who makes the id’s or do I just gather the information and send it in a bulk order? I go to college so there is just about an endless supply of money to be made and I’m broke as FUCK and need to supply my alcoholism and party habits.

get a group of people, order in a group for them, get a good discount from the vendor since you ordered in bulk, charge people a higher price, and make profit.
