Another Update on Delayed Orders ( self )

ME/MO Orders (Teslin 2)

ME/MO orders will officially be caught up by Tuesday of this upcoming week.

Teslin 1 Orders

All teslin 1 orders that were paid up to 2/3 are currently in route to our US reshippers from China. I originally thought they would have landed by this week but I think since CNY was extended till 2/10, China got really backed up with shipping out packages. I expect for the batches to land sometime early to mid next week. Once we get them we will drop them into USPS drop boxes and post tracking on account pages.

Any orders paid after 2/3 should update in a couple weeks which should bring things back to our normal turnaround times that are listed on the product page!

What is going on with shipping? I’ve ordered from you before and it’s never taken this long. Is the corona virus/ CNY affecting this?!

Yes its due to the corona virus and the fact that China extended its closure till about 2/10. China got extremely backed up with shipping and our batches didn't go out till about a week after 2/10.

We are slowly updating trackers as the batches come in and get dropped off. Should have most if not all orders from January out by late next week

So for those of us in that group of 60 that have been reset because of the bug in YOUR system, will we get some sort of prorated refund? Because today marks your advertised 3 week turnaround, and I ordered after the CNY period.

A prorated refund? No, sorry we don't do that but i could do something for your next order. PM me your order number so i can take a look at your order to see when it came in for us.

We ran into an issue and corrected it as soon as we could. Had we not fixed it and you got bad IDs we would have just reprinted them for you.

Not every batch from January went out on the same day. Orders from early to mid january have began updating and more will continue to update throughout this week into late next week.

China got extremely backed up with shipping and our batches didn't go out till about a week after 2/10 so as you see that effected our timeline a little bit more than i expected.

You guys should be giving your customers a bigger discount. This has been literally 2 months. Its really just not fair to us at this point. Idc about corona virus or China being backed up. We should all be reimbursed somehow for this.

I'm sure you don't care but its out of our control and I'm not refunding orders for something we can't control. I put out warning posts and messages on our site weeks prior to CNY stating to expect 1-2 week extensions on turnaround then China extended its closure till 2/10 and was backed up shipping so packages didn't get out till about a week after that. We have made updates detailing all this. That extension added another 2 weeks to turnaround. There's also a sticky post on this forum explaining what to expect as well.

Welcome to the black market, this isn't amazon fam. I'm sorry you feel entitled to get your money back but that's not how it works in this business. We state no refunds in our FAQ for this reason. You chose to go ahead with your order so any unforeseen delays come with it. We've given weekly updates to keep customers in the loop and that's all we can do. Orders have been slowly updating and will continue to do so.

Yes you can reorder whenever. Probably was just a WU runner that was blocked or we got an incorrect MTCN. Not sure since I don't know the old order number but at this point its best to reorder so you get a new receiver
