OIS payment and shipping ( self )

I'm ordering an id from OIS but my bank(Bank of America) doesn't allow me to use bitcoin, so I was thinking of using PayPal but wasn't sure what the best other option would be that's most time efficient. And after placing order how long should I expect to wait if I use PayPal?

Use paxful.com or localbitcoins to convert your USD into BTC, then pay using the BTC

A BTC ATM also works if they have those in your city. Check google maps for them

I put an order with ois 3 days ago and paid with PayPal you just have to send him an email and tell him you’re wanting to pay with PayPal and he’ll give you the email to make the payment to.
