OIS package hasn’t moved once, 36 days after “shipping” ( self )

I bought from OIS a long while ago now. The website said my package was shipped 36 days ago.

The parcel tracking website says the only action relating to the tracking number is “order information received by UPS”.

The package has not moved at all. What’s going on?

lol same exact thing happened to me, except they just cancelled the package yesterday. now my tracking number is invalid -____- and they aren't responding to any of my emails. scam??? lmao fml i paid for over $600 of ids

They just updated my order page with a new tracking number. Websites are showing that it has moved and is in the US. Hopefully this shipment makes it thru.
