The long anticipated changes and updates we mentioned throughout Dec-Jan have been made!

We are happy to announce our new and improved website, making the ordering process a little quicker, and a little easier!

These changes include our long awaited release of a few new states, take a look at them at idking.ph. These additions were made off customer recommendations and requests over the last couple months, with more being in the works.

While making these changes, we kept the customer in mind, and kept things simple for all parties to be satisfied, that includes our shipping times and CS. While making all these updates, we also revamped our customer support sections, and retrained our CS reps to fulfill any customer needs, the correct way.

Shipping times had been at an all time high over the course of these updates, we are pleased to tell you these will be dropping significantly back to 1-3 week ship times over the course of January.

ordered mine 2 weeks ago, the WU payment was picked up and I still have no order number or status update. can't even log into the old website to check. tried emailing and it wouldn't go through. very disappointed.

Ordered mine a few days ago, paid bitcoin. Once I paid no status, no tracking. I also can’t login to the old website. Tried contacting through email and won’t go through, very disappointed will be leaving a review.

Hi there IDKing I was wondering if my order was placed when I tried to email your support email my email told me they were having issues messaging you. If there is any way to dm you on here please let me know I sent the money and tried multiple times to submit the WU evidence. And for status it still says "Placed" Idk if that is confirming my payment or not. Thank you for your time.

Hey, I think you should know that the emails you have on your new site "[email protected]" is not working for me. It appears so far that the support email "[email protected]" i found on this forum is working. I think you should update your email on the website if this is the case.
