Oregon ID Issues (259 People affected) - READ ( self )

Hello all!

We have encountered an issue with Oregon orders that we have shipped out the last 2 weeks about. Every single ID has the weight of "120" and the first licensed date of "2012". Approx 259 IDs were affected. If you have this issue you will see a new separate order on your account just for the Oregon ID replacements that we are shipping to you.

These should all be sent out this week so please just watch your new order # and be patient. Do NOT submit a support ticket about this issue. We already know.

Some of you may have not noticed the error but we're shipping you new ones regardless!

Thanks for choosing us once again.

This error has roughly cost us about $3,500 in shipping / material

Sad part is people never talk about things like this when a vendor loses money to fix an issue without anyone even asking.

Yes its very good to run a business this way but how bad does QC have to be to not catch it for 260 pieces

Actually it's not like someone looks over anything, All ordes come in and are Automated to 8 ups. Then printed so it's actually pretty easy for 1 batch to happen like this, as this is about 1 batch of downloads.
