Yes, I've had a similar experience. I work in front of a computer for 10 hours a day and it takes a big toll on my health. A couple months ago I decided to try grounding sheets. To be honest, I didn't notice anything for the first couple days, but then my sleep became deeper and my fatigue decreased. It's like the body is “rebooting”. Honestly, this is the first time I've heard of grounding sheets. It's amazing that such technology even exists! I'll have to read up on how it works. It seems odd that something like this would affect sleep, but if so many people say it helps, maybe it makes sense. I wonder what doctors or sleep experts think about it?
