Guys, I've been having trouble sleeping for a few months now. Sometimes I lie there for hours, staring at the ceiling, and then in the morning I feel completely shattered. Recently, a friend told me about grounding sheets - they help to fight insomnia and fatigue. She says that it became easier for her to fall asleep and she even had more energy. To be honest, I don't really believe in such things, but what if it makes sense? Maybe some of you have already tried it? How does it work?
