I've been leasing a retail shop at M3M Jewel for about a year now, and I've noticed that the customer demographics are quite diverse. During weekdays, the foot traffic is mainly office workers from nearby business centers, especially during lunch hours and early evenings. Weekends, however, bring in more locals and families, which is great for sales. Tourists do pop in occasionally, but I wouldn’t say they’re a significant portion of the crowd.

As for the mall management, they've been proactive in promoting the location. There have been a few events and promotions that have helped in drawing more people in, especially during festive seasons.
