Lam sheet problem. Seasoned expert please help ( self )

Okay so I'm trying to laminate two 10mil [already cut to credit card sizes ] to a polycarbonate card stock. (10mil in the front & 10 mil in the back & the PC card in the middle)....but EVERYTIME I put them together and place them into a carrier and ran them through a laminating machine...the sheets moves slightly and it end up fucking up the lamination!

Setup is like this:

10 mil in the front, polycarbonate card in the middle, 10 mil in the back,

I'm not using a pouch. The 10mil in front and the 10 mil in the back are 2 separate sheets each already cut to CR80 sizes.

..But when I line em up to guage and then ran it through the laminator(all 3 pieces, front middle and back)....it ends up been slightly shifted...either the front lam or back lam.

Big thanks to all the experts who can help with this. Any/all suggestions are welcomed no matter how insulting..lol

not sure why u have polycarb and not teslin in between 2 lams but to answer your question ....dont cut your lams into cr-80 before u laminate, you should laminate and then use die cutter

thanks. The original ID I'm trying to do is a polycarbonate card stock. (I've not seen teslin come in more than 14 mil, I need 20 to 25 stock thickness, before the lams in order to be able to near simulate the total thickness)
