look! fyd probbaly does 10K a day. I dont think your 2 orders are going to be his first priority. His reg turn around is 2 - 3 weeks. Now you had a mess up in your order and its been 4 weeks. I think that adds up and seems about right. Just wait. You keep posting shit here aint gonna help.

I fixed both your order IDs. You somehow interrupted the upload process on both orders for 1 pic each. Prob exited out to early or refreshed it.

Next time make sure that your pictures are uploaded correctly, we display your order information to you at checkout along with the pictures you uploaded. If a picture is not showing up, it means it was interrupted during the upload or you sent a corrupt image. Before you pay, you always have a chance at updating your photo/signature so there will be 0 problems.

We do claim to have that turnaround, but when there is a user error then delays happen. Also when your order is marked "Bad photo" there is an option for you to go to your order, on your orders tab for you to re-upload the photos to correct it yourself. Our support does not need to do this for you.

I have added rush production to both of your orders so they will ship out this week.

For example, if you went to your orders tab you would see this.

You would have clicked on "Upload new pictures"

then it would have displayed something like...

Which you would then upload the pics and and it would auto mark back to payment received to finish. But you, did not do this and seem to have messaged our support a ton of times instead

When you do this your order gets automarked back in queue to be worked on, so next time do this and there would be 000000000 delays.

Thank you for getting back to me and fixing the issue and for the rush production. but I did do that, thats why I was freaking out because every time I reuploaded the photo when it said bad photo, it would redirect me back to order page then say payment received. so I assumed everything went well. But I am glad this was fixed, sorry for bombarding you guys. I was just freaking out and anxiety went through the roof

You did do this? Alright I'm going to look into it. We added this new feature less than a month ago so maybe there is a bug going on with it.

But I upgraded your orders to both rush production so they will be out asap.

yes I did, thats why I freaking out because it went from payment received to bad photo which then I uploaded the pictures (resized etc as your CS told me to do so) and then it went to payment received but the next day it said "bad photo" again. but thank you for fixing it and sending it out asap.
