  1. Get the holos printed through ali, IdMasters, or g0d
  2. The cards are not special they are normal... get them wholesale

NSW have a green band around the edge not regular PVC.

QLD has a chip, and NSW has that green band in the license as mentioned before.

Chip cards can be bought in bulk no problem, and the sides being green? again go to a B2B site like alibaba
